The Lake Club
The Lake Club is the heart of our community, designed for year-round enjoyment. This 4,200 sq. ft. space is perfect for both private gatherings and community events, whether you’re hosting a gourmet meal in the full kitchen or grilling with friends on the verandah. Inside, residents enjoy a fully equipped cardio and weight gym, a convenient kids’ playroom, onsite showers, and a resident-favorite kitchen complete with a state-of-the-art coffee machine, ice machine, and refreshments.
Outside, summer comes alive with a sparkling resort-style pool, furnished cabanas, a staffed concession stand, and a family-friendly splash pad with playful water features and a beach-style entry- creating the perfect setting to relax, connect, and make lasting memories.

The Retreat
The 3,200-square-foot recreation center is a community favorite, featuring a pool with beach entry, a splash pad, an outdoor patio with shade arbors, covered pavilions, a fire pit, and multiple grilling areas. Just across the street, the park offers nature trails, seating areas, and a soccer/ball field- a perfect mix of action and relaxation.
Playgrounds and Tennis Court
Our community features three playgrounds with swings, slides, picnic tables, and interactive features for kids of all ages. Residents can also enjoy a private tennis court with pickleball striping- perfect for fun, friendly matches.
Lake Holcomb and Nature Preserve
Step into 100 acres of Lake Holcomb, where winding trails, a fishing dock, picnic spots, and scenic benches set the stage for outdoor fun for the whole family. Just beyond, 44 acres of Woodson’s Gully offer forested paths that meander over creeks and through native wildlife habitats. Paddle, hike, picnic, or just soak in the scenery- every visit promises a new memory.
Happy Tails Dog Park
Our dog park is a paw-fect spot for four-legged residents. Shaded for sunny days, it features separate areas for big and small pups, a splash-worthy pond, and a drinking fountain to keep tails wagging and spirits high.
Lakes and Walking Trails
Falls is home to seven beautiful lakes, each adorned with flowing fountains and surrounded by lush trees and greenery. Benches are thoughtfully placed so you can pause, relax, and soak in the view. When you’re ready to keep moving, miles of walking trails weave through the community, connecting the lakes and offering the perfect route for a stroll, jog, or leisurely adventure.
Holcomb Family YMCA
The Holcomb Family YMCA offers a full range of wellness and recreation amenities, including a modern fitness center, group exercise classes, indoor and outdoor sports spaces, and a state-of-the-art aquatic center. With expansive fields, family programs, and youth sports, the Y provides opportunities for all ages to stay active and connected.
